Network Line Down Issue

If you are receiving a “Network Link Down” error message on their phone, this means the network is not correctly connected to the phone.

1.       Check all the cords to make sure they are securely connected to the phone, the computer and the wall

2.     Check that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the LAN plug in the phone, if its plugged into the wrong port, connectivity can be compromised

3.     Check the port in the Telecom Room that feeds the Ethernet Connection in the wall

This should resolve the Network Link Down Issue

      Customer could not call IPitimi Location Number from their Comcast Line. Comcast still had the destination number in their switch so calls were not completing. We had comcast update and remove the line from the switch and calls completed normally.
